WELCOME TO CRANE BERRY CAMPGROUND

Open for the 2023 season.  Water is turned on at all sites.  We still have 3 seasonal sites available.

We are a family operated campground located 1 mile south of Babcock, Wisconsin on Highway 173.  We have 40 sites with a mix of daily and seasonal campers.  The campground is backed by 30 square miles of public land which is home to many species of animals. 

Sandhill Wildlife Area has some great workshops coming up in May.

April 29th - Open house

May 6th - Dutch Oven Cooking Workshop ($20, 9:30am-2:30pm)

May 20th - Wild Edibles Hunt ($10, 10am-2pm)

May 27th - Universe in the Park ($5, 8pm-10pm)

July 2nd - July 4th Weekend
                   Brat Fry, Cornhole/Horseshoe Tournament

 

July 15th - Wylder's Wild Weekend - details to follow

August 12th - Cornhole Tournament @ 1 pm
 
September 2nd/3rd -  Labor Day weekend

                        Saturday Cornhole Tournament

                        Sunday Horseshoe Tournament and cookout @4pm

October 6th - Chili Cook Off @ 4 pm

 

November - Open for Deer Hunting
