Rules & Policies
We get it, no one likes rules, so consider these common-sense points to help all our guests ensure they make the most and best memories possible. We know there won't be any problems, but to safeguard your stay, we respectfully ask everyone to review the rules. If you are not sure where something is or how something works or fits, simply ask any staff member. We will be glad to help. Enjoy your stay. You deserve it!
REGISTRATION, CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Everyone entering the park must register when entering the park.
-
Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. Early entry is at the park’s discretion and availability.

Check-out time is before 12:00 pm. There are no refunds for early checkout.

All visitors must register in office. Visitors are allowed from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
-
If arriving late (After 10:00 PM), we ask that you make arrangements ahead of time.

QUIET HOURS
-
Park quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
-
During this time, loud music, loud patrons, barking dogs, etc. will not be tolerated.
-
Keep conversations during quiet hours to a reasonable level, please be considerate of your neighbors.
PET RULES
-
We all love our pets! Be fair to your pet and other campers. Please make sure your pet is “camping friendly” prior to your arrival. Aggressive dogs or those that experience separation anxiety are best left at home.

All pets owners must always be on a leash within the park boundary, including your site.
-
Pet owners must ensure that their pets are not left unattended on a site at any time, are properly leashed and do not make excessive noise or barking. Do not leave pets tied to trees, or unaccompanied in public areas

All animal waste must be picked up immediately and placed in a closed garbage bag and disposed in the dumpster.
-
All pets on the property must have up-to-date licenses, vaccinations and ensure pets are wearing current identification tags.

Health codes prohibit pets around the pool area, offices, tavern, or restroom facilities.

GARBAGE, RECYCLING & WASTEWATER

Garbage dumpsters and recycling containers are provided near the office for general garbage and refuse generated while in the park. External garbage and recycling are prohibited.

Cigarettes, cigars, etc. are to be disposed of properly.

Never burn plastics, metals, glass or garbage.

Wastewater must be disposed of properly in the provided dump station facility. If necessary, the campground provides a pump-out service for a fee. No wastewater should be allowed to flow onto the ground. Grey water is considered wastewater.
NO SMOKING

Prohibited smoking areas include, but are not limited to cabins, restrooms, office, tavern, the pool area, within 20 feet of any entrance to a building, and any other designated areas.

VEHICLES & CAMPING EQUIPMENT

All motor vehicles, RV’s, trailers, or campers must be legally registered, insured.

All equipment must be in satisfactory and roadworthy condition. Crane Berry Campground, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any equipment deemed to be dangerous, unsafe, in disrepair, or unsightly.

Vehicle maintenance is prohibited on premise without permission.

Vehicle and RV washing is restricted, please see office for details. There may be a fee.

POOL
-
No lifeguard is on-duty. Swim at own risk.
-
No diving, running, jumping, or excessive splashing.
-
Children under 12 must be always supervised by a parent or guardian.
-
Children not yet potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
-
No glass allowed in pool area.
FIRE & OPEN FLAMES
-
Campfires are never to be left unattended.
-
If burning bans are in place, there will be no campfires. Notice will be placed in the office.
-
Fire rings cannot be moved and must be used when having a fire.
-
Extinguish your campfire before leaving your campsite or retiring for the evening.
-
Do not transport firewood. Pests, such as insects and invasive disease, are destroying our forests.
-
Do not put bottles, cans, or other trash in fires.
-
Do not cut or break branches from our trees.
CONDUCT & SAFETY

The expectations and requirements of Crane Berry Campground, LLC are that everyone will respect an individual's right to consent. No one shall touch another person's property, their person (sexually or otherwise), or take photographs of another individual without acquiring permission first.

The primary site holder (tenant, lessee) is responsible for the actions of all their guests. If a guest is asked to leave, the entire party may be asked to leave, with no refund of any fees.

Violence of any kind, regardless of fault, will not be tolerated.
-
Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.
-
Damage to park property will not be tolerated.
-
Firearms and fireworks are prohibited in the campground. **Exceptions are made for licensed hunters during hunting seasons. All firearms must be cased and unloaded with ammunition separate from the firearm while on Crane Berry Campground property. Any violation and the camper will be asked to leave.
DRIVING, PARKING, VEHICLES & SPEED

Only one vehicle per campsite is permissible with valid parking pass visible.

All other vehicles must be parked in the designated area(s).
-
Speed for any vehicle on property is limited to 5 MPH.
-
Operation of off-road vehicles such as ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, or Side-By-Side’s is not permitted in the campground.
RESTROOM & SHOWER FACILITIES

Please cooperate in keeping the washrooms in a neat and sanitary condition.
-
Help conserve water and be respectful of other campers.
-
Pets are not allowed in or around the washroom areas.
-
Dishes, cookware, and cleaning of other household goods is not allowed in the restrooms or showers.
NO REFUNDS
-
Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature or if you decide to leave early.
-
No refunds will be given if any guest is asked to leave for a violation of the above rules.

CANCELATIONS

We want to accommodate as many guests as possible, no refunds will be given on deposits if cancelation is made less than 24 hours of arrival.
-
Cancelations made with more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will receive all deposits refunded, less any booking fees from our software provider, or credit card transaction fees incurred.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE CLAUSE

The rules and policies of the resort are subject to change without notice. Services offered are not guaranteed.

Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time.
-
Violation of any of the above policies will result in expulsion at any time from the property, revocation of the licensing agreement without refund, denial of future reservations and/or membership privileges, and possible criminal prosecution.
-
The management reserves the right to limit or refuse service or access to the property without prejudice and/or explanation.

NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

Crane Berry Campground, LLC prohibits discrimination against any guest, visitor, camper, patron, employee, officer, manager, owner, or member of our community on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, or status as a veteran.
VIOLATION OF RULES

The violation of any rules and policies listed above will be handled directly by and at the discretion of the owners and managers of Crane Berry Campground, LLC. Results of violations may result in restitution, expulsion, or if required involvement of local law enforcement.

There will be no refunds issued if asked to leave the property for violation of any rule or policy.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping environment.
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release Crane Berry Campground, LLC, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities, including swimming in any pools or ponds on the property, and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person(s) or visitor(s) of any member of the family of the camper, arising out of the use of its camping facilities including swimming in any pools or ponds on the property.
The camper agrees to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment, which may occur as well as any attorney fees and expenses incurred by the Campground. The camper also agrees to immediately report any accident, injury or property damage to the manager or staff. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premise, the said camper will notify the management or staff immediately.
The camper also agrees to take full responsibility for himself/herself and all people in his/her party, including minors, and visitors, and will require them to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office or on the grounds, as well as the terms and conditions as set forth in this registration form.
The camper accepts full responsibility for his/her children or those children in his/her care, custody, or control, and any pets accompanied, and will always supervise and attend to his/her children while on these premises.
